Terms of Service
1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of FullCal, a booking management platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it.
3. Payments & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Client bookings & payments
Where you accept payments or deposits from your clients through FullCal, those payments are processed by Stripe. FullCal is not a party to the transaction between you and your client.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FullCal for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service for other tenants.
6. Data & availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. See our Privacy Policy for how your data and your clients' data is handled.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FullCal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
